Trying to sell your Atlanta condo or home but can't? How about renting?

Are you having difficulty selling your home or condo in this present market? Sometimes it may be better to rent your home until the market picks up, if you are not able to drastically reduce your price. Here is why:

  • Renting will allow you to create cash flow to cover taxes, insurance and routine maintenance of your home.
  • If you are not able to reduce your price or work a short sale, renting will "put off" the sale until a later date. Hopefully at that time the market will have rebounded a bit and you are able to sell for what you wanted to prior to the lease.
  • If you get good tenants, they will take care of your home instead of letting the dust accumulate.

    1010 Midtown Condos in Atlanta do not disappoint

    I had the great opportunity to show the 1010 Midtown Condos in Atlanta today to one of my clients. With so many condos on the market, most of them start to all look the same. One thing I like about 1010 is that the units are refreshingly different then what most of what is available. The bathrooms feature a dark chocolate tile, and most of the units have wood floors in through out (except the bedrooms). Another small details, is the kitchen. Equipped with a Samsung refrigerator and custom tile work in the kitchen, 1010 will not disappoint. One of the greatest amenities perhaps isn't what comes with the building; rather what you get close to the building. Piedmont Park is only a few blocks away and so is the FOX.
