The W Atlanta Residences

Of all the condos in Atlanta, the W is at the top of the list if you are looking for a luxurious and pampered lifestyle. When I went to see the W they were still under construction. Still, looking at the model unit they had available you could tell that this building is taking it to the next level with condo construction in the Atlanta market. The W has 4 hotel locations, Dunwoody, Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown. The Downtown W is the only location in Atlanta that offers residences in addition to hotel services and is also among the few locations nationwide to offer the same. 

If you have never been to the W, you owe it to yourself to go. It's a very different atmosphere then your traditional hotel.

Terminus Buckhead

I have been to the Terminus over a dozen times. I must say that I am stunned by the over all design of the buildings and lifestlye that living at this address provides. To start, this is directly on the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont. Perfect location for the fast paced Buckhead lifestlye. With the addition of Bricktops, MF Sushi, and Aquaknox, this is also a great place to dine. 

Now we just have to wait and see what the next towers are going to look like. I anticipate that Terminus Tower 3 will be completed sometime next year. Still, this is an awesome place for condo living.
