The Brookwood Condos in Atlanta are pretty swank!

So, I decided to go take a look at the Brookwood Condos in Atlanta today for a client who asked me for some additonal photos. One thing that has always stood out to me about the Brookwood is how swank the decor is. The waiting area makes for such a warm and vibrant area for your guest to await your arrival. 

This is by far one of my favorite buildings in Atlanta.

It's All About Presentation

I get asked by potential clients what do I do differently to market their home. My answer if everything. At Dwell Atlanta Realty, we have superior internet technology that places your home in front of more buyers, consistently. None of this matters though if the home we are placing in front of buyers doesn't appeal to people.
